Woodland Noir | Lindenwold, NJ
Nestled in a heavily wooded area, this rancher provides a calming refuge. The 1967 home had multiple unmindful previous additions that resulted in disjointed spaces. We completely reconfigured the primary bathroom to add a linen closet, wet room, toilet room and large makeup vanity. The palette includes black and white tile, bronze metals and walnut vanities with natural soapstone countertops. In the kitchen, we changed the layout for better circulation, designed an island with two sides of seating, and added windows on the cooktop wall. Materials include lilac marble backsplash, black perimeter cabinetry, a wood island and classic black and white checkered tile floors. See before photos here.
