  • Nope!

Many of our clients have an idea of which spaces they like to explore improving and have started collecting some inspiration imagery on Pinterest on Instagram. Other then that most clients don’t know where to go from there.

Regardless of where you are in the beginning stages of the renovation or remodeling process, we would love to work with you.

  • Sure! Check out our residential and commercial portfolios.

  • We’re not decorators, we’re interior designers. Interior designers can do anything a decorator can do, but not vice a versa. Certified interior designers require formal education and training while a decorator does not. Shila needed to work for 2 years under a licensed architect after completing at least one design degree (she has two) before she could even qualify to take the NCIDQ exam.

We make the process as easy as possible for you—to the point where you just need to approve or disapprove elements of the proposed design.

  • After the Boutique Consultation we would create a custom proposal for you that outlines our estimated fees for your project.

You should estimates that 15-20% of your overall project cost would go towards design and project management fees.

  • Yes, that’s actually what we prefer. The success of your project is highly dependent on you have the right contractor to execute your project. You always make the final call on who you’d like to work with, but our clients tend to value our opinion since we have pretty high standards.

  • All the time! On both commercial and residential projects. If your project requires an architect or structural engineer, we can help help you find the right professional.
