Heritage Pine | Collingswood, NJ

We transformed this once compartmentalized first floor into flowing, open living spaces. The first floor was opened up by removing the wall between the dining and family room and flipping their positions. The kitchen now faces the dining room, with a large section of the separating structural wall removed to improve circulation.

The enhanced functionality is complimented by the striking finishes in the space, including a celestial backsplash that fills the east wall. Cool saturated paint tones are complimented by warm, caramel wood tones. A new large oak dining table with iron stretchers can accommodate up to 12 people sits in front of the original fireplace, which features a new custom-designed surround. The result is a cozy, accommodating layout with vintage vibes for family-time or entertaining.
