Renovating is a second job — and most of our clients already have one. Full-Service Design is for those who want expert design without the project headaches.

Our detailed, construction-conscious designs account for the realities of the build-out process. Full-Service Design pairs expert, construction-conscious design with full project management — contractor coordination, procurement, and oversight included. You weigh in on the big decisions; we handle everything else.

Our Full-Service Design Package is for you if:

  • You're ready to renovate but want a professional handling every detail—not just the design, but the contractors, the ordering, and everything in between.

  • Your spaces aren’t working for the way you live or work, and you need a designer who can rethink the layout with the full picture in mind — including how building systems like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structure will shape what's actually possible.

  • You're making a significant investment in a renovation, addition, or historic home restoration and want one trusted point of contact from the consult to the final installation.

  • You have a vision but don’t have the time, bandwidth, patience or desire to manage a renovation on top of your already busy life.

  • You're a busy professional — a doctor, executive, or parent — who needs someone to handle the details, field the calls, and keep the project moving while you stay focused on everything else.

What Makes SG23 Design Different

  • We're comfortable on job sites, not just in showrooms. We speak the language of contractors and fabricators — which means fewer miscommunications, fewer costly surprises, and a final result that actually matches the design.

  • We’re interior designers, not decorators. That means we’re formally educated and trained in interior design and have building code knowledge.

  • We prioritize function, not just beauty Our designs aren't just beautiful — they're livable. We obsess over layout, flow, storage, and how you actually use your space before we ever talk finishes.

  • Construction-conscious design We design with the build in mind. Our drawing sets are detailed enough that prospective contractors can give accurate quotes that are easier to compare.

  • One point of contact, start to finish. You'll never be caught in the middle between a contractor and a supplier. We manage those relationships so nothing gets lost, delayed, or blamed on someone else.

  • We design for you, not your neighbors. We have no interest in trendy spaces built to impress neighbors or keep up with the Joneses. We're here to create a spaces that reflect who you actually are and genuinely makes you happy.
