Our design studio is at 600 Main Street, Suite 3 in charming Riverton, NJ—just across the river from Philadelphia.

It’s a place where we create, present to clients and store a ton of material and finish samples.

Also, this space and I have a bit of history…

When I was a little girl my mom used to take me to this lovely shop called Victorian Thymes. I waited and waited until I turned 15 and was old enough to ask for a job there. I had the best first boss (now friend) anyone could ask for, that would let me come in to work late some Saturdays so I could take classes at Moore College of Art and Design. I also met one of my dearest friends there. I even remember the first time her boyfriend (now husband) picked her up from work. I was the maid of honor in their wedding, and now I get to see their daughters grow up. We had the most lovely customers, ate a lot of chocolate and I still maintain that if Victorian Thymes was open, I’d happily work there every Saturday. I loved that job so much, especially around Christmas time.

I worked there for about 6 years, up until the shop closed permanently and I tried not to cry as I handed in my key. That shop closed and we said goodbyes to a space that held so many memories.

Fast forward 17 years later, I was desperately looking for a studio space so that I could hire a team. The same exact space that Victorian Thymes was in all those years ago became available.Things fell into place. In March 2019, SG23 Design moved into a space that was already so special to me. Things really do come full circle.
